We offer a generous 60-day return window from the date of delivery.

To ensure quick processing, please do not send items back without prior notification. You must initiate the return process by contacting our support team first.

How to initiate a return:

Please include the following in your email:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item showing it is unused, in perfect condition, and intact in its original packaging.

Approval & Shipping:

Only after receiving approval from our team should the item be shipped back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Timeline: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

🔁 Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)

We take great care in quality control, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please accept our apologies.

Contact us immediately at support@glowbyhellen.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right. You can choose between:

✔ A replacement item (subject to availability).
✔ A full refund.
